Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are calculated in four categories, Small, Medium, Large and NI Bulky
Small
Products are clearly marked with a green van and our eligible for our free delivery offer.
'Small' goods delivery time (normal, for in-stock items) Britain and Ireland: 3-7 days, EU: 7-10days, Rest of World: 12-14 days *subject to confirmation. These rates apply to combinations of small items, typically below 25kg, each capable of being shipped by non-specialist carriers. Extra charges may be levied for fragile goods requiring extra packaging.
Small Goods Delivery Charges
Medium
Includes smaller furniture items and delicate or glass products including dining chairs, barstools and high tables, easy and occasional chairs, floor lights, mirrors, office chairs and photo frames.
Medium Goods Delivery Charges
Large
All our bulky and cabinet furniture, including mattresses, sofas and wardrobes. We aim to have your goods delivered within 14 days of despatch but please be aware that it can take up to 20 days for delivery. The courier will be in contact to arrange delivery after the goods have been despatched.
Large Goods Delivery Charges
NI Bulky
Northern Ireland Bulky applies to all the products in the Large Goods category being delivered in Northern Ireland and are calculated by post code area. The dekko delivery manager will be contact to arrange a suitable delivery time within 3 working days.
NI Bulky Goods Delivery Charges
N.B. Our Standard Delivery for Furniture and Bulky Goods offers a two man delivery to a room of your choice.
Any deliveries that fail due to error on your part are refunded at dekko's discretion. Please ensure you have made all the necessary arrangements to accept delivery on the agreed date. For further details please see terms and conditions.
Despatch
Bulky items (products not marked with a green van) are despatched once a week on a Thursday morning. Small items (all products marked with a green van) are despatched on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday Morning.
Free Delivery
We are offering you free delivery on all small goods orders over the value of £20. All that are eligible for this offer are marked with a green van. Terms and Conditions apply for further details please contact dekko by e-mail or phone.
Installation Services
Our installers are trained to build cabinet furniture and other Dekko products to a high standard. Many of our high quality products are flat packed and require assembly on arrival – this reduces costs and damages in storage and transportation.
We aim to grade the ease of assembly for all products this grade can be found in the product details. We welcome feedback on your experiences of assembly via email to info@shopdekko.com
Although most products are suitable for self-assembly, we offer good-quality yet low-cost installation services which many customers find very useful and which helps to maximise the enjoyment of their new Dekko purchase(s).
More time should be allowed for scheduling installation services; we will normally confirm the scheduled installation date within 48 hours of receipt of your on-line order. Unless exceptionally large, we normally install the requested items on the day of delivery.
Installation is available in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and is calculated at the cart stage.
Made To Order (MTO) products
MTO products allow you to benefit from the huge range of options to get a solution tailored to your taste and requirements. For example, there are loads of Italian leather sofa colours and designs to choose from, as well as lots of wardrobes that can be designed to fit your requirements. Lead times of MTO items vary depending upon the nature of the product and the location of manufacture. Your initial order confirmation will provide on-line order tracking details, to help you check the progress of your order at any stage. On receipt of your goods we will email you to advise its arrival, and to arrange non-standard delivery if required.
Unavailability
We aim to bring a broad range of exciting designs, good quality products to as many customers as possible. We are therefore sorry that on occasion we are unable to supply everything that you would like. If an item is unavailable in your area it will be clearly marked once you have enetered your delivery area. Limiting factors depend on the nature of the goods, including those listed below:
- Fragile goods – it can sometimes be impossible to home-deliver fragile items (such as many mirrors and frames) cost-effectively, and these are therefore for customer-collection only.
- Essential installation – there are more complex products requiring professional installation (such our high-quality German sliding wardrobes) where we cannot supply outside of areas covered by approved installers.
- Stockouts – there can occasionally be stockouts of fast-selling items.
